Therapy and counseling can seem daunting. For some, it may even seem embarrassing or thought of as a weakness. Here are my thoughts: if you are not where you want to be in life, your quality of life is not what you want it to be, or there are things and relationships that you want to navigate better, then why not get the help and support that can help you feel better, be better, and do better? 

Additionally, it is not an easy task to reflect on yourself and your life, work on yourself, process traumas, or open up to someone. It takes strength to do that. 

Life is challenging enough without the effects of unresolved trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, pain, relationship challenges, or general distress. Let’s work together. Let’s address the things that have a hold on you.

At Mind Revolution Counseling and Consulting, we use the integration of multiple treatment modalities to provide quality and client-centered treatment for clients who are ready to live without troublesome symptoms.

We specialize in providing EMDR Intensives to people who want relief and results faster than what the weekly model can provide.  

We also provide Clinical and EMDR Consultation to assist providers in providing quality care for their clients and to obtain both the required hours for basic EMDR training and EMDR certification. 

Our main office is in Litchfield Park, AZ. However, Kenni Uribe, LCSW, CFRC, often travels to Laramie, WY, and is able to provide pre-scheduled EMDR intensives during those times.
