“I am not here to tell you who you are. I am here to help you find out.”

Hi, I’m Elizabeth.

Working with me often feels like opening a book—your book. Together, we explore the chapters of your life: the ones already written, the ones you're living now, and the ones you may be yearning to create. Sometimes this means pausing to reflect on past pages, sometimes it means rewriting a chapter, and sometimes it means beginning an entirely new story.

In sessions, I encourage clients to bring a notebook—not as homework, but as a space to capture the threads of insight, emotion, and imagination that arise along the way. This practice becomes a living archive of your healing journey.

My Approach: I work from a trauma-informed, relational foundation with a focus on nervous system awareness and strengths-based care. My approach draws on attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed work, and multicultural counseling frameworks—honoring that your unique identity, background, and lived experience are central to your healing.

Our work integrates body-centered awareness, recognizing how stress, emotions, and resilience live in your breath, your posture, and your nervous system.

Above all, therapy with me is a collaborative and holistic process rooted in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that even the most difficult stories can hold seeds of renewal.
