Therapy Dog
Lucy
I believe a dog can heal the heart!
Hey, I’m Lucy.
Lucy is a true Golden Retriever who thrives in water, delighting in every swim and splash. Her presence is often marked by shimmering strands of golden hair, like glitter, that remind everyone she has been there. At home, she shares her life with her human family, her two chihuahua siblings, her BFF, and her four-legged sister, Zoey, a gentle Mastiff. Their bond is filled with joy as they play together, bringing warmth and laughter to each other’s day.
In addition to their playful moments at home, Lucy has a unique role at her human's workplace. She offers support and companionship, effortlessly lifting spirits with her cheerful demeanor and supporting people as they heal. Meeting new people, receiving affection, and enjoying belly rubs are her favorite activities. A part of her mission is to spread kindness and comfort to those around her. Lucy's loving personality and playful nature make her a cherished companion both at home and in the workplace.
Lucy is also available to volunteer in our communities!
Lucy and Kenni are a Certified Therapy Animal Team. They work with Pet Partners, a nonprofit organization that registers and supports therapy animal teams, which visit various settings, such as hospitals, nursing homes, schools, and workplaces, to provide comfort and companionship.
